I just learn this. I’ve make terrible mistake on my selling website. The conversion rate on most of my site now going down. Then accidentally went to MindVallleyLabs blog. Then i found the answer. I need to redesign my website.Mind Valley Labs was the creator of BlinkList.com, one of social bookmarking site.

What i’ve learn is about to guide prospect needs. Guide them and help them. After that we can offer our services of product according customers need. I’m try to follow their guide after this.

I’ll relaunch one of my site using this technique. I’ll using video to attract visitor. I’ll show my face to convince people to buy my product.I hope it will succeed.
