Google Start Banning Adwords Advertisers

My oldest Adwords Account just been banned this evening. They not given enough information that affected the landing pages. If you got any warning before this, becareful because you maybe the next person will be banned. This Google email’s sent to me”

Dear advertiser,

We are writing to let you know that your Google AdWords account has been disabled due to one or more serious violations of our advertising policies related to Landing Page and Site Quality.  As a result, your ads will no longer run through the Google AdWords system and we are unable to accept advertising from you in the future.  Please note that future accounts you open will also be disabled.

As part of our commitment to making the AdWords experience safe and effective for our users and our advertisers, we routinely review the landing pages that our advertisers promote through our search and content networks.  If we find that an advertiser has submitted a landing page that egregiously violates our policies, we reserve the right to take immediate account-level action.

Landing pages advertised via AdWords must have relevant, original content, and must be transparent about the nature of the business being promoted. Further, advertising certain types of sites will lead to immediate account disabling.  These types of sites include, but are not limited to:

* Sites that charge users or collect personal information in exchange for a product that is never delivered
* Sites that charge for “free” software
* Sites that trick users into paying for fake or poor-quality content
* Sites that charge users for information that makes unrealistic promises of financial or personal gain
* Sites that install malware software on a visitor’s computer

Please note that this action is related to sites that have recently been advertised through your account.  In a review of your account history, we found that your account had submitted a least one site that egregiously violated our advertising policies.  Although you may have removed these sites since our latest review, advertisers that have a history of promoting these types of sites are still subject to account-level disabling.

I got a warning last year because of one of affiliate site i’ve promoted with is about Enlargement pills..That’s suck! So…

1. Do not promoting any software that offer “free” trial or using “free” word in your landing pages.
2. Do not promoting landing pages that collect emails.
3. Do not promoting low quality site. I don’t really know Google criteria with “low quality site” or quality site. Google not given any example to met their criteria.
4. Do not promote “make money” products.
5. Do not promote drug/vitamin(even a product with same name with steroids)

The bad thing about thing disabling accout…no second chance. You won’t be allowed to use Google Adwords ever again forever.

There Adwords banning policy about the same with Adsense. If get banned, you will be ban forever.

Even big advertiser that spent $100K per year also get banned. That’s why your Adsense income steadily decrease. No advertiser, no money with Adsense. This adwords ban may wreak havoc on adsense revenues..

According to Go(d)ogle, “this new process of permanently disabling accounts will markedly improve the overall experience of our users…”

But think about it — no one is advertising on adwords (at least for long) unless they are making money and no one is making money unless they are selling products or generating commissions. So if advertisers are making enough money to pay google advertising and still make a profit – most users must be having a good experience… Users that have a “bad experience” are not going to buy and therefore the advertiser will discontinue. I don’t understand what Google trying to do..

It’s time start to move on YSM or Bing after this. Google ads give an excelent results and conversions but their policies not business friendly type. They just keep slapping their user until they leave Google to find other alternative to advertise their products.
